We need to keep an eye around us and try to look beyond smiles or gestures of people. Asking our contacts about their well-being and interacting with them for some time occasionally may help them relieve stress to some extent. A similar action by all can make a huge chain, converting occasional conversations into regular ones.

Such regular conversations must become a consistent characteristic of our society because of a number of reasons. The exact reasons of suicide are unknown till date, but depression is being considered the major and only cause. There must be many who leave the world in the same way but their news doesn't even reach us at all. Although it is not quite possible to overcome such feelings overnight, but an effort to reduce them is the need of this hour and we all can just begin with passing on positive vibes to people around us by sharing a few words and smiles.
